This is great, I’ve also written about Delia today but will update it with a link to here.
I love Delia Derbyshire in a way that only a geek can love a woman from the 60s. I love that she was mistaken for a secretary, I love that she lost interest with electronic music when it got too easy to make, and I love that in her 70s she was drawn back in and working with Aphex Twin and Orbital. She was utterly wonderful.
